Italian Eggplant-Zucchini-Tomato Stew?
My Napolitani inlaws make a ratatouille-like vegetable stew that they call what sounds like "paska neesh" (maybe pasqua nizzo?) Does anyone know the correct name and spelling in Italian?

Im getting a tattoo that says that and i wanna make sure i have it spelled right.
I sure hope it’s not spelled Fritto Misto, that seems to be a restaurant. What is in this and why does it taste good? or why not
Can you plz be more specific than "all kinds"?
Thanx for gettin me stared ![]()
The surname "Frollo" pretty much doesn’t sound French to me, unless you’d pronounce it the same but spell like "Frolaud" or "Frollot"… "Frollo" definitely looks Italian, as a matter of fact, it’s even a word which means "a weakling" in Italian.
Just wondering if anyone new how to say this last name its spelled DiMurro or Di Murro and is of Italian origin
thanks
I’m not sure whether it’s sessantuno or sessantauno. please help!
