Movies with cultured ways of speech?

I’m looking for movies with people that speak like.. savants.
Well to do, cultured, world class. I don’t know how else to describe it.

It would be even better if anyone knows of a movie where someone has a nice cultured italian accent (but of course they speak english).

Classic movie buffs might help with this.

Question 2) Does "uscire da qualcosa" and "uscire di qualcosa" mean "escape from somewhere"?Are they both grammatically correct? If yes, should I say " Esco dall’unversita’ " or "Esco di Universita’ " ?

Question 3) What is the difference between " il conto" and "il scontrino" ? I am going to Italy soon and I am afraid to mix up these 2 words. Or they mean the same?

Question 4) Does "Voglio un caffe’ " and " Vorrei un caffe’ mean the same? Or different?

What does the Dutch accent sound like?

Like maybe name someone famous that sounds like they have a dutch accent so I can look them up or jst simply describe their accent.
Or you can even relate their accent to some other country like… italian accent sounds like a Slovakian accent.

Use any method you’d like but just tell me what a dutch accent sounds like. Thanks a lot if you can answer :)
